Today, the Portland Tribune posted the following:
“Now is the time to resolve the questions about which kinds of events can be held in the coliseum,” says Adams, referring to the existing agreement between the city and the Portland Trail Blazers that gives the team control over both the coliseum and Rose Garden. MARC sponsor Doug Obletz asked the council to delay its decision, saying continued Blazer management of the coliseum would interfere with his plans.
